Most Valuable Teammate Week 1
| Alex has been the hardest worker on the team for four years but he does much more. He is president of the student council, yearbook president, and is the manager for the girls swimming and diving team. For the girls team, Alex scouts opponents, handles pool maintenance and is learning how to handle Hytek timing issues. He is a state qualifier in swimming and is invaluable in many ways at his school. |

| Estle is a dedicated distance runner who over the years has been a phenomenal team leader. She repeatedly puts her teammates first and herself second on a daily basis, all while dealing with a chronic pain disorder. She has a positive attitude, she is high spirited and does everything with a smile. |
Most Valuable Teammate Week 31
| Mallorie is one of the best TCU Titans in the school’s 11-year history. Results may not always align but one thing is guaranteed: Mallorie will always be the model teammate. She consistently puts others before herself and is modest in her results and very happy for her teammates' success. This carries over to how she is in the classroom and the community. TCU is proud to have such a positive role model leading the Titans. |
Most Valuable Teammate Week 30
| Joe is one of his school’s most beloved students, also staying active in choir, theater, speech, Knowledge Bowl and robotics. He is part of the school spirit team and inspires a fun and exciting atmosphere at all events (even serving as the school mascot). Students of all ages cheer for him when he leads the school SKOL chant with the bass drum. |

Leighton Helander
Mountain Iron-Buhl High School – Junior
| Leighton puts in many hours of dedicated practice in order to hone his craft while also being a multi-sport athlete. He also dedicates time to working with JV/junior high students, ensuring that speech/theater traditions of excellence continue to be upheld. Leighton placed in the top eight at the Northern Lights National Qualifying Speech Tournament and excels in MSHSL competitions. He will dedicate time in the summer to working with community artistic non-profits and learning from professional actors in order to advance his knowledge. |
Most Valuable Teammate Week 28
| Carson is a leader in every sense of the word, and everything he does on and off the field makes the team better. Carson works hard at learning the little things about baseball and wants to get better in all areas of the sport. When we are setting up for practices or games, Carson takes the burden off the coaches' shoulders and makes sure everything is ready to go. He is upbeat at all times and always encourages everyone. He is a true team player and great teammate. |

| Landen epitomizes having a positive impact as a four-sport team captain and only the second four-sport athlete in Ogilvie history. He was a big reason why the football, wrestling, and baseball teams were named all-academic; he was recognized individually as academic all-state. Landen is an even better human away from sports. He is part of the spring musical and is always willing to help anyone in the community. |
Most Valuable Teammate Week 26
| Rylynn has been an inspirational leader for five years. She greets players with a smile, helps them with equipment, motivates them to give their best effort and appreciates all the gifts her teammates bring to their teams. At the end of each day she helps guide players to their bus for the ride home. Rylynn’s leadership skills have earned the admiration of her coaches and teammates. |

| Bailey is an outstanding leader not only on her teams but in the classroom and community. She is kind and respectful, and her positive attitude sets the tone for practice and meets and is contagious among her teammates. She has an unmatched work ethic and shows up to practice every day ready to put in hard work with a smile on her face. |

Benjamin Geeslin
Hawley High School – Senior
Benjamin is a great leader who has the unique ability to connect with athletes of all ages. During the cross-country season he helped experienced and inexperienced athletes reach their potential, leading by example and through constant words of encouragement. During the basketball season he provides energy and motivation with a calming presence that helps all around him stay at ease and continue to push regardless of circumstances.
