| Silas joined football as a senior, the first time he has participated in a school sport. He absorbed information, studied film and asked good questions. Silas practiced hard every day, knowing his role would not involve many game minutes. He cheered for his teammates on every play, was supportive of his teammates and coaches and never entered or left the practice field without carrying equipment. |
Most Valuable Teammate Week 10
After an offseason in which she worked hard and was in line to play a key role on a young team, Jolie suffered a torn ACL in the first week of the season. But she has been every bit a part of the team. She has not missed a practice, participating as much as possible to help her teammates. Jolie has been a true Most Valuable Teammate.
Most Valuable Teammate Week 9
A three-year starter and team captain, Will is a leader and role model. He is always positive and constantly picks up his teammates. His upbeat personality is contagious and he makes his team better every day. Will is a great football player but an even better young man and leader.
Most Valuable Teammate Week 8
Anni missed her junior season due to a knee injury but was hopeful to be ready for her senior season, as a captain. She reinjured her knee and lost her senior season but remains an important part of the team, attending team camp in Marshall and helping plan practices for summer open gym. She also attends practices and assists as a tosser, scorekeeper, or whatever is needed.
Most Valuable Teammate Week 7
Ireland is the heart and pulse of her volleyball team. Her enthusiasm, drive, leadership and encouragement are evident. These qualities can also be seen through her interactions with teammates. She is selfless and is never looking for credit for herself. Ireland is a leader on the court, in the classroom and in her school. She is a wonderful role model for her teammates as well as her fellow students.

| Payton is a team captain who has a quiet, humble personality but is constantly working hard to be a great teammate. She is a role model who leads by example on and off the court. Besides displaying a strong work ethic, Payton extends friendliness, kindness and commitment to those around her -- teammates, fellow students, coaches and school staff, and community members. |
Most Valuable Teammate Week 5
Paige worked diligently to recover from a near career-ending injury. Throughout this process she never felt sorry for herself but rather found other ways to support her team. She is continuously positive and excitedly encourages her teammates. She embraces any role she is given and always focuses on the team’s success.
Most Valuable Teammate Week 4
Courtney is the true definition of a team player. After a knee injury, she decided not to compete in a fall sport but has found ways to give back. She volunteers to help paint the football field every week and is a manager for the volleyball team. She is always willing to help and always has a smile on her face. A true role model and inspiration for all!
