MSHSL Student Advisory and Leadership Team (SALT) to welcome 11 new members in 2025-2026

Eleven current high school sophomores have been chosen to join the MSHSL Student Advisory and Leadership Team (SALT) beginning in the 2025-2026 school year.
New members will serve a two-year term to advise League staff on the student experience, develop necessary leadership skills to create positive change in school communities throughout Minnesota and to teach other students how to do the same.
SALT's responsibilities include helping the League plan the Together 4.0 Regional Student Leadership Conferences this fall in Bemidji, Willmar, Mankato and the Twin Cities. These events bring student leaders together to learn leadership skills and create connections from different areas of Minnesota.
Students involved in MSHSL athletics or fine arts activities are eligible to apply for SALT membership.
