Activities Director ExCEL Submission Information

Activities Director Instructions:

Applications must be submitted by December 11, 2024

  1. Share the information on the public ExCEL page with students who may want to apply.  Directions for students can be found on this page. 
  2. Students will use the forms on the public ExCEL page and return documents to you electronically.  
  3. Activities Directors will compile and submit application materials. 
  4. Using the ExCEL Award Application Form (at the bottom of the page) submit application materials for your school.  You may submit materials for one girl and one boy. 
  5. Before beginning the application, please make sure you have these items for each student: 

From Student: 

  • EXCEL Student Application Materials
  • The Application has 3 parts:
  • Nomination
  • Student Essay
  • Record of Student Activities 
  • Student Headshot (JPG of at least 300 dpi)

From School Staff Member: 

Completed by Activities Director:

    Submission of Student Materials

Additional Information:

  • Type all information and answer all questions in the space provided. Handwritten applications will not be accepted. 
  • Addendums will not be accepted.
  • Do not use acronyms or abbreviations.
  • Provide all requested information. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
