This page is dedicated to providing you with essential information about GoFan tickets for MSHSL events. While we also utilize other digital ticketing platforms for major venues, this resource focuses specifically on GoFan to ensure a seamless experience for our spectators.

Prior to the Event

  • PURCHASE your tickets online, via your computer, smartphone or other mobile device 
  • Once you purchase your ticket online, you will get an order confirmation email and click on the "VIEW TICKET" on your mobile device. This can also be done on the app using the GoFan Mobile App. 
  • Pay attention to the important information shown on the confirmation screen.

At the Event

  • Prior to arriving at the gate, access your confirmation email or view the ticket in the mobile app and click on "VIEW TICKET" on your mobile device.
  • Show your mobile device to gate workers, who will validate your admission ticket.
    • DO NOT validate your ticket before arriving at the gate. A gate worker will validate your ticket. If you validate your ticket in advance, you may need to purchase another ticket.
  • Tickets CANNOT be printed for admission at the gate. You must use your mobile device to access your ticket(s).
  • We can not accept a screenshot of the digital tickets. If your entire party is not entering together, individual tickets can be transferred via text or email.

How do I receive my tickets that are being transferred to me?

Transfer recipients are notified instantly via text message. Just click on the link in the message to proceed.

How do I present my ticket at the gate?

Once you purchase your ticket online, you will get an order confirmation email and click on the "VIEW TICKET" on your mobile device. This can also be done on the app using the GoFan Mobile App. 

Can I print my ticket and use it for the admission at the gate?

Tickets CANNOT be printed. You must use your mobile device to access your ticket(s).
