The Minnesota State High School League and its member schools salute the officials and judges that were selected to work during winter state tournament events.

A Student Advisory and Leadership Team (SALT) has been created within the Minnesota State High School League. The primary goals of SALT are to include student voices in League programming decisions and to build students’ leadership skills.

Emmett Keenan is the Activities Director at St. Cloud Cathedral High School. He also is a League-registered official and has served as an officials' assignor and observer. In addition to serving on the League's Board of Directors, he is active in many state tournament leadership roles.
