The Hooker brothers, Amani and Quinton, recently returned to Park Center High School for a second consecutive year to host a duo basketball and football camp. Amani currently plays for the Tennessee Titans and Quinton plays for SIG Strasbourg, a storied team in the French Pro A Basketball League.

Stuart Groskreutz, who has covered high school sports for nearly 30 years, recently received the MSHSL’s 2024 Outstanding Media Service Award. Jim Galvin, long-time coach, teacher and community member, has been honored by White Bear Lake Area Schools for his decades of service to the school community. The White Bear Lake Area School Board voted at its March 4, 2024 meeting to name the fully renovated White Bear Lake Area High School gymnasium “Galvin Court.”
