My high school journey
- It’s been an awesome journey. I’ve just had so many great years and experiences through activities at Fertile-Beltrami. Any success I’ve had is because of the coaches and leaders that have been there to guide me. When I was younger, I couldn’t get enough athletics. In addition to football, I also was in track and field, basketball and wrestling. I really love football and basketball. I’m grateful for all of the coaches along the way that have encouraged me to try different things. I really love to sing, too. It’s unfortunate we don’t have a choir anymore because we don’t have a teacher. I love singing. I am a bass.
Favorite high school memories
- Being here, at U.S. Bank Stadium for the football state tournament will be an all-time favorite memory. We are a team that is all about doing things for each other. My offensive line supports me and I make sure I let them know how appreciative I am for what they do. We’ve also had some really fun choir trips where we sang for others and watched a couple of plays.
Why I enjoy being involved with high school activities
- I really love my community at Fertile-Beltrami High School. All of the people in the community have shaped me into the individual that I am. There is a saying about how it takes a village, and that is true.
