One Act Play State Festival, 2023: Advance News Release

Sixteen productions will take to the stage during the 2023 One Act Play State Festival on February  9-10. The festival will be held at the O’Shaughnessy on the University of St. Catherine campus in St. Paul.

Lakia Manska, a 2022 graduate of Morris Area High School, has been selected by the Minnesota State High School League as this year’s recipient of the Heart of the Arts award. The award recognizes individuals who exemplify the ideals of the positive heart of the arts and represent the core mission of education-based activities.
