Juniper Kelly-Swing from Duluth East High School is a veteran debate team member who has accomplished much, to the betterment of others. To honor commitment to school, fellow students and the community, Juniper has been named this year’s recipient of the MSHSL Heart of the Arts award.

Jon Springer, Minnesota State High School League Hall Of Fame Class of 2024 inductee, was an official with a career that spans 60 years.

Sixteen productions will take to the stage during the 2024 One Act Play State Festival on February 8-9.
