Sacred Heart returns after a one-year hiatus. Lyle/Pacelli was the Class A runner-up last season to Fosston. Lac qui Parle ended the regular season on a three-game losing streak, but went 6-1 in the Section 3A tournament, including two victories over Dawson Boyd in three games. New York Mills, the Class A runner-up in 2019 and 2019, is on a seven-game winning streak. Springfield returns for the first time since 2021. The Tigers were the Class A champs in 2016.
