Awards, Medals and Trophies Order Information

This page is for use by MSHSL Member Schools and Region Secretaries to order Awards, Medals, and Trophies.

Additional Medal Order Form

Used for:  Ordering additional medals for teams and participants who competed in a Sub-Section, Section and State Tournament, but did not receive a medal. 

Process: 

  • Ordered by School Activities Director.
  • Payment and form submitted to MSHSL
  • Ordered by MSHSL  
  • Medals shipped to school

Medal Order Form - Individual Ties (Sub-section/Section Events)

 

Used for:  Ordering a duplicate individual medal in the event of a tie in Sub-section or Section events.

Process: 

  • Ordered by Sub-section or Section Tournament Manager.
  • Form submitted to Region Secretary
  • Ordered by Region Secretary
  • Region Secretary will place the order directly with the award supplier
  • Medals shipped to the school.

Used for:  Ordering a duplicate individual medal in the event of a tie in Sub-section or Section Golf meets.

Process: 

  • Ordered by Sub-section or Section Tournament Manager

  • Ordered by Region Secretary
  • Region Secretary will place the order directly with the award supplier
  • Medals shipped to the school

Used for:  Ordering a duplicate individual medal in the event of a tie in Section Gymnastics meets.

Process: 

  • Ordered by Section Tournament Manager
  • Form submitted to Region Secretary 
  • Ordered by Region Secretary
  • Region Secretary will place the order directly with the award supplier
  • Medals shipped to the school

Used for:  To replace a lost or damaged section or state trophy. Also for ties and schools that are in co-ops.

Process: 

  • Ordered by School Activities Director.
  • Email MSHSL for an order form.

Used for:  To order trophies for sub-district champions at the end of the regular season.

Process: 

  • Ordered by School Activities Director.
  • Ordered from and paid directly to Trophies Plus.
